Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BA/BS in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing and other related field;
Has good oral and written communication skills;
Has a general understanding of the MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) segment and financial technologies industry;
Adept in the use of various and mainstream social media channels and applications;
The individual has passion and interest in socializing with people;
Has experience managing and moderating online communities;
Has experience setting up and setting email newsletter campaigns;
Organized and possesses strong attention to detail;
Willing to work in Makati;
Allowances and incentives are provided.
Job Description:
To act as support or chat assistant in online activities such as webinars;
Oversee and monitor targeted online channels to educate, influence and cultivate the community in it (e.g. Facebook, Viber Groups, Forums, etc.);
Manage inbound and outbound community engagement on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Viber Groups, Telegram Groups);
Create behind the scenes content to share on Instagram and Facebook;
Responsible for identifying and penetrating communities related to financial technologies and or industries that in need of Online Payment Solutions (mainly MSME segment) to be able to convert them to merchants and open up potential partnership opportunities to engage;
First point of contact to resolve customer support inquiries;
Serve as an internal expert on the broader body positive community, bringing insights to the rest of the team and helping them to shape our communication, content and inclusivity strategies.
