1. Spearhead the conceptualiation, coordination, and implementation of livelihood and enterprise developmnent initiatives (may span agricultural produce, home-based items and crafts, employment) for the nearby communities/barangays
2. Spearhead fulfillment education and awareness targets for the residents and youth of these communities barangays
3. Manage linkages at the community level
4. Conduct research and recommendations for community/culture related items
Must have a strong passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Able to conduct training and education initiatives; comfortable facilitating enterprise development initiatives
Must know how to use public transportation and comfortable with community relations

The Masungi Georeserve is an environment protection project, with a goal to promote sustainability, conservation, and education. Our BHAG is to form part of a UNESCO Geopark. Currently, the area has an effective conservation plan supported by a geotourism plan. The project site is in Baras, Rizal, but the project assistant will report for work in the Quezon City office.
