Beyond this, our operations drive economic growth and improve health and education outcomes in the regions we serve, supporting over 3,700 direct jobs globally.Guided by our values-Care, Respect, Integrity, Performance, and Teamwork-we strive to be a trusted company people want to work for, partner with, and invest in, creating lasting value for all our stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe purpose of the role is to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Didipio Mine Community Development and Social Performance Management System to ensure positive relations with the principal stakeholders of the operations.Specific areas of responsibility include the development, implementation, coordination and promotion of OGPI's SDMP and CSR-related activities particularly on social enterprise development, marketing and linkages, finance and similar revenue-generating programs that may serve as a model for self-sustaining enterprises with social development impactsTakes charge of social enterprise projects, ensuring successful execution through innovative problem-solving and resource management.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Community Development and other related fields.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in developing social enterprises, handling livelihood projects, community organizing, organizational management, marketing, financial management, strategic planning, business planning, project proposal preparation and evaluation, and project monitoring and evaluation.
Preferably with Professional Driver's License and Driving NCII
Knowledge of social enterprise and livelihood development
Understanding of community/rural development
Strong knowledge of local context and culture
