Community Coordinator provides community development, assists homeowners in their concerns and facilitates an awareness on GalingLNC values within Lancaster community.
Management of Communication Channels
Join or ask to be invited into relevant group chats and Facebook groups and pages.
Activate each village's Social and Cultural Committee (target: village setup).
Share/repost official announcements and guidelines that are published by The Loop facebook page, resolutions from LEHOA meetings, and updates from relevant service providers (% reach, compliance).

Maintenance of Residents' Database
Conduct an annual census of all residing individuals in all assigned villages (%completion).
Build/update village directory.
Support cluster heads in building strong working relationships with partner local government units.
Ensure that assigned villages are updated on all official announcements and declarations.
Leadership Development
Identify potential new leaders based from criteria/qualifications.
Management of Village-related Concerns
Monitoring of basic village services.
Ensure resolution of village-related service requests (SRFs).
Address existing village rules violations immediately.
Ensure third-time violators about fines that will be applied to their next water bill.
Management of Village Level Set up
Continually monitor BAMI and NAMI of all assigned villages (updated counts).
Implement village level set up.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mass Communications, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
Background in Social Work or Public Administration is a plus.
Must have strong people management experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Lancaster New City Cavite.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
