Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct training for newly hired operational team members on core systems, processes, and applications
Deliver training using multiple mediums - classroom, webinar, blended learning approaches
Deliver continuing education, up skill, and performance improvement training as necessary
Provide feedback on trainee performance in the classroom to Operational Leaders
Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims)
Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
Report training metrics and generate training related reports
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience delivering training in a business operation, corporate, or production driven environment specific to communications or ACE training
Experience utilizing adult learning principles to deliver training in a corporate environment
Knowledge on some training technologies (e.g., WebEx or other training platform experience)
Proven ability to possess excellent time management and prioritization skills
Proven solid facilitation and classroom management skills (In class, virtual, and blended learning environment)
Proven good communications, grammar, facilitating, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ESL, Teaching, Facilitations in educational setting (with at least 6 months of BPO experience)
Proven technical skills specifically in Microsoft applications
