As a Seller Engagement Associate, you will be responsible for creating and managing content that will inspire, educate, and engage prospective and current sellers on Lazada: - Manage the social media editorial calendar for seller communities - Generate and share educational and/or engaging written, visual, and audio-visual social media content for sellers - Work with different teams for their communication requirements - Monitor seller sentiment and competitor activities to respond accordingly - Build trustworthy relationships with sellers, conduct seller interviews, and prepare story write-ups - Oversee the production of testimonial videos and artworks for seller marketing and PR - Perform other seller engagement-related tasks and activities as may be assigned Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills - Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog Mandarin preferred but not required - Experience in a communication-related line of work (marketing, PR, journalism, media production, etc.) - Strong project management skills, ability to support multiple workstreams and deliver results on time - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams - A degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
