Responsible for optimizing business communications to improve customer satisfaction by designing and implementing a communication plan to keep associates informed and engaged. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Ensures communication of critical information to appropriate parties. Defines audiences and develops relevant materials for communication. Identifies avenues and tools for communication. Prepares materials for quarterly meetings, annual service conferences, and general announcements (technical resource, customer research, general motivational topics, etc.). Maintains communications budget and negotiates services with outside vendors as needed. Requires BA/BS in communications, journalism or related field; 5 years of experience in conceptualizing and writing a wide range of communications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
