We are looking for talented Communication Coach that specializes in working closely with the clients and the team in helping them see where their strengths and weaknesses are and how to bridge any communication gaps. Help guide the team to understand how to be an effective communicator and create positive relationships in the company.
You will be responsible for:
Guiding the team to understand how to be an effective communicator and creating positive relationships in the company.
Helping the team to develop leadership skills.
Writing constructive, actionable feedback
Creating a curriculum on how to develop communication skills
Helping with critical/crucial conversations.
Cultivating active listening and how they relate to emotional intelligence.
Providing timely constructive feedback and counseling
Coordinating New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activity
Implementing campaigns to drive Awareness/Improvements on Compliance, Communication & Process.
To be well aware of company's policies and procedures
To have clear understanding of the functioning and hierarchy of each department.
The right person for this role:
Excellent English comprehension skills
Has good written and verbal communication skills should be able to write up and articulate complex cases concisely.
Has the technical knowledge of English communication grammatical correctness, sentence construction, punctuation etc.
Has strong attention to detail
Has the analytical ability, required to plan, execute and present the communication coaching plans
Ability to train a large team to drive quantifiable improvements in communication and leadership skills.
Can demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable
