Welink MCS is hiring for a Communication and Stakeholder Management Head in behalf of a client partner in the Financial Services Industry

Job Purpose:
• Manage communication and stakeholder management activities of the organization. Communication and stakeholder management functions include public relations, media relations, community relations, corporate branding, and government relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement strategy, processes and policies and ensure attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) standards as defined by the Tollways Group
• Identify and establish local communication-related deviations to processes and policies against the Tollways Group standards
• Monitor implementation of local communication strategy, processes and policies
• Monitor performance of the Communication and Stakeholder Management Division against KPIs defined by the Tollways Group
• Identify, review and approve continuous improvement activities for processes, policies, and KPIs
• Manage resolution of communication, community-, government-, and customer-related issues and escalate to appropriate levels issues that cannot be resolved within the division
• Review and approve management reports for submission to Tollways Group and Local Head
• Manage communication and stakeholder management activities
• Monitor media and public relations functions of the organization
• Monitor consistency of messaging across all communication channels
• Monitor implementation of community relations programs and initiatives
• Monitor implementation of government relations initiatives, including data gathering and project ****rmation activities with local government agencies
• Monitor implementation of customer experience initiatives
• Perform leadership and administrative functions
• Foster company values through leading by example and with enthusiasm
• Control budget and expenses of the division as approved by the Local Head
• Select and approve contractors to support division
• Oversee talent management of the division, including talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, career pathing and succession planning
• Guide subordinates' work performance and skill development through work orientation and appropriate learning interventions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience (more than 10 years) in leadership position in a multi-discipline functions
• Possess corporate communications, public relations, media relations, and government relations
background, preferably in public utility or other high-profile industries (e.g. mining, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within
compressed timeframes.
• Expert strategic and proactive leadership and presence. o Sound active listening skills
• Sound Critical thinking skills.
• Team-oriented working skills.
• Creative and visionary leadership with the ability to drive a high volume of work to completion.
• Proven ability to design, develop and implement both communications and strategic programs and
supporting tactics.

instructions o Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges.
