Job Profile:
Job Summary: Manage communication and stakeholder management activities of the organization. Communication and stakeholder management functions include public relations, media relations, community relations, corporate branding, and government relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement strategy, processes and policies and ensure attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) standards as defined by the Toll ways Group
Identify and establish local communication-related deviations to processes and policies against the Tollways Group standards
Monitor implementation of local communication strategy, processes and policies
Monitor performance of the Communication and Stakeholder Management Division against KPIs defined by the Toll ways Group
Identify, review and approve continuous improvement activities for processes, policies, and KPIs
Manage resolution of communication, community-, government-, and customer-related issues and escalate to appropriate levels issues that cannot be resolved within the division
Review and approve management reports for submission to Toll ways Group and Local Head
Manage communication and stakeholder management activities
Monitor media and public relations functions of the organization
Monitor consistency of messaging across all communication channels
Monitor implementation of community relations programs and initiatives
Monitor implementation of government relations initiatives, including data gathering and project information activities with local government agencies
Monitor implementation of customer experience initiatives
Perform leadership and administrative functions
Foster company values through leading by example and with enthusiasm
Control budget and expenses of the division as approved by the Local Head
Select and approve contractors to support division
Oversee talent management of the division, including talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, career pathing and succession planning
Guide subordinates' work performance and skill development through work orientation and appropriate learning interventions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience (more than 10 years) in leadership position in a multi-discipline functions
Possess corporate communications, public relations, media relations, and government relations background, preferably in public utility or other high-profile industries (e.g. mining, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within compressed timeframes.
Expert strategic and proactive leadership and presence. o Sound active listening skills

Team-oriented working skills.
Creative and visionary leadership with the ability to drive a high volume of work to completion.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement both communications and strategic programs and supporting tactics.
