Job Functions:
• Procurement Team's day-to-day management - assign tasks, primary contact, identify opportunities, promote services.
• Manage team's performance, training and development needs, recruitment selection.
• Lead in identifying savings opportunities and business process improvements within the procurement organization.
• Main point of contact between team and business unit counterparts.
• Lead in driving the division's sourcing strategies.
• Manage sourcing system and make sure that business units stay on track in meeting contract targets.
• Responsible in making sure that business units are up to date in E-Sourcing.
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring of project implementation of all awarded ES Events.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably with Supply Chain or Engineering background.
• With at least 5 years of experience in procurement /supply chain / manufacturing.
• With advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office applications especially in MS Excel.
• With experience in project leadership role.
• Well-developed analytical skills, innovative, and confident.
• Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time and prioritize accordingly.
• A strong team player and able to work with people from different levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
