Job Functions:
• Manage a certain percentage of the commodities assigned by the CM whom he will be responsible of
developing a strategy that drives a supply base committed to deliver 100% quality parts, on time, with
continued effort to reduce the total cost of the commodity.
• Will be responsible for every aspect of supplier activity for assigned suppliers / commodities - Project
management, Change management, Training, Supplier performance, Quarterly business reviews.
• Responsible for the yearly project plan for all assigned suppliers/commodities.
• Identify improvement projects for the suppliers / commodities assigned.
• Identify and lead e-auctions to tension spend and create favorable KPIs for the business.
• Assist in meeting the goal for the assigned commodities.
• Visit suppliers as needed.
• Responsible in making sure that Inflation Model and other projects are updated.
• Support and achieve KPI's for Strategic Sourcing - both local and abroad.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• With good presentation skills.
• Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative, and confident.
• Flexible and able to work on own initiative.
• Can deal with more than one project at a time.
• Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Can prioritize tasks accordingly.
• With very good communication skills, verbal and written.
• A strong team player.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
