Job Description
Assist in the preparation and production of smoked products and sausages.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
With Vocational or Culinary Certificate
1+ year of experience in preparing smoked products and sausages.
Basic knowledge of smoking techniques and sausage making.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
