Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
With Vocational or Culinary Certificate
1+ year of experience in preparing smoked products and sausages.
Basic knowledge of smoking techniques and sausage making.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
