Assists in development of recipes, portion size & costing.
Prepares yield tests of all items used in butcher shop.
Assists within the operations, daily market lists & inter-kitchen transfers as required
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Good communication skills.
Completed a Bachelor's degree preferably culinary.
