Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acting for clients in a range of property and commercial transactions
• Acting in the development, sale and purchase of properties and businesses, including CTS developments
• Acting for clients requiring retail and commercial leases and a range of other property and commercial agreements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be degree qualified
• 5 + years quality post admission experience in property and/or commercial law required
• Experience in sale, purchase and development of property (including commercial, residential and strata title property) and agreements generally
• Experience in preparation of retail and commercial leases, knowledge of Retail Shop Leases Act (RSLA), Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) and other applicable legislation
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and thoroughness
• Strong customer service ethic
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work within deadlines
