You help clients access market research, respond to daily requests, and ensure accurate post-trade processes. Support FX and Rates transaction services for corporate clients in the local market
Provide relevant research materials on FX and Rates outlooks and forecasts
Maintain consistent coverage of FX and Rates products to meet client requirements
Respond to daily client requests and needs with professionalism and accuracy
Build trust by understanding client needs and communicating desk ideas clearly
Help maintain healthy, sustainable relationships with corporate clients
Assist with KYC procedures, including reviewing client business models and classification forms
Support post-trade processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls
Follow firm policies for risk management and comply with legal and regulatory rules
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service
Contribute to ongoing improvement of client coverage and product offerings
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Academic background in finance, economics, or related field
Strong client service orientation and communication skills
Ability to interpret and deliver market research and forecasts
Knowledge of KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
Attention to detail in post-trade processes and internal controls
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Understanding of risk management policies
Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools
Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to ethical standards and compliance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Internship or prior experience in FX and Rates or financial services
Familiarity with post-trade operations and controls
Advanced knowledge of market research tools
Experience with client onboarding and KYC processes
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Multilingual skills are a plus
