COMMERCIAL BUSINESS OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, direct, and evaluate commercial strategies across B2B, VIP, and partnership sales channels.
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to expand market presence and revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment of products, services, and delivery with customer expectations.
Strengthen overall customer satisfaction and retention through effective problem-solving and proactive relationship management.
Oversee development and maintenance of strong relationships with key business clients and partners.
Manage complex sales negotiations and finalize sales contracts in alignment with company objectives.
Review and evaluate corporate and commercial documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
Oversee documentation standards and ensure proper recordkeeping for audits and internal controls.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
3 years of experience in commercial management, B2B sales, partnerships, or related business development roles.
Salary Range: 28,000 to 30,000
