Support the Team through investigation, analysis, and provision of relevant data to resolve client queries as required . Help collapse the daily volume for at least 50% of the day This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: . Ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals in and outside of the team . Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly .
