Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Leadership qualities and team management experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
