COLOR TECHNICIAN
 
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
Color Technicians in Wood Furniture Industry plays a crucial role in ensuring that the final finish of wood products meets the
required color, tone, and quality standards.
 
Qualification:
High school diploma or vocational/technical training, preferably in wood technology, industrial technology, or furniture
finishing.
Experience
Previous experience in a wood finishing furniture industry is preferred.
Knowledge of industrial painting or spraying techniques is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
Strong color sense and attention to detail.
Knowledge of different wood types and their reactions to stains and finishes.
Ability to mix paints, stains, and varnishes to achieve desired colors.
Familiarity with finishing tools.
Basic quality control and inspection skills.
Good communication and ability to work in a team.
Documentation
Record and track color formulations, adjustments, and batch results.
Provide reports on quality and finishing outcomes as needed
