YSU Marketing Corporation as a Trade Name was established on January of 2000, but trading started in the Year 1995.
It was Conceived to become a “Total Food Service Solutions Provider" for Mindanao and had its humble beginnings as a supplier of Styrowares and Plastic Cups to Local End Users in the Northern Mindanao Area.
Over the years we have added a vast array of Product lines, Brands, Suppliers / Principal’s and Services to our Business Portfolio to cover the growing needs of our customers. We have also become the pioneer in the Customization of various Food Packaging items to provide value to our Local S.M.E. Customers.
YSU Marketing Corporation is looking for Collector (1)
Principal Duties:
Responsible for collecting outstanding receivables from clients and other messengerial services.
Functions:
Acts as a liaison officer
Makes payments for partner agencies in behalf of the company
Establishes effective rapport with debtors, responsible other parties to obtain information in relation to collection
Maintains accurate records and files
Makes arithmetic computations
Communicates effectively in oral and written form
Negotiate agreements and settlements within established guidelines which involves substantial accounts receivable
Qualifications:
At least a High School graduate
Must have a driver’s license (Restriction code 1 and 2) and able to drive a motorcycle
Required skills;
Communication skills – collections officers need both written and verbal communication skills to draft letters and speak clearly to clients about their payment options, employing persuasion and other tactics in order to collect debts on overdue accounts
Attention to detail– collections officers are detail-oriented professionals who take accurate and informative notes for client records and follow proper company procedures for debt collection
Mathematics – because collections officers work with debts and finance, basic math skills are required
Honest, hardworking and can understand written/spoken information
