Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
Follow up on customers payment promises of past due payment.
Conduct field visits to uncontactable or unresponsive customers.
Perform skip tracing and other collections strategies.
Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
Ideal Profile
You live in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, or nearby towns
Must have a valid Driver's License and know how to operate a motorcycle
Collection experience is required
Computer literate
