We're on the lookout for a COLLECTIONS AGENT (work from home) for our client. US account - night shift?
 
Qualifications:
Experience in debt collection and payment processing.
Knowing your way around the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) would be a plus.
Atleast 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
Exceptional ability to communicate with debtors.
You'll need to work together with other departments and groups for debt collection.
Proficiency in Google email, drive, sheets, and docs.
Proficiency Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel is important too.
Experience using Salesforce preferred.
Exceptional record-keeping and people skills are a must.
