Duties & Responsibilities:
• Debt collections calls to customers
• Debt management and debt reporting
• Ensure compliance with procedures;
• Admin support when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Debt management/collections experience
• Works with minimal supervision
