Berbenwood Industries Inc. is a holding company actively engaged in the construction, manufacturing and property leasing industries. We are currently on an expansion phase and will require the following skilled personnel:
COLD STORAGE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Logistic/ Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years experience in the logistics business with emphasis on cold storage and supply chain
Preferably with supervisory and/or managerial experience
Knowledgeable in inventory control, warehouse management systems, planning, training, compliance audit
Can effectively implement Good Warehouse Practices
Must be a team player with good relationship-building skills, above average communication skills. Highly technical with an eye for detail.
Must be honest, trustworthy and dependable, fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
