Can perform duties as Cold Section Chef in a fine dining restaurant
Experienced in choosing, preparing, and presenting cold foods, such as salads, cold soups, meats and cheeses.
Prepares all cold food according to recipes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
