The Proactive team is responsible for helping us get our supply demands met, by proactively calling or messaging the partners who have signed up and are in the funnel, to complete the sign up process and take the first trip. The proactive team is highly depended upon by our ops teams to keep the funnel moving and ensuring existing drivers are also up to date on their documents, to avoid any deactivations.

Work with the team as they handle different campaigns with the goal of getting our supply demand filled.
Ensure constant communication with our RCOs and Ops teams on any changes, or issue we are encountering with our campaigns
Regular cadence with support teams to keep our campaigns running efficiently and effectively

Work with the team to think critically and ensure we're going through all our proactive campaigns/leads efficiently and effectively.
Manage a team of other Community Operations Specialists to ensure reliable operations and robust performance management
Provide oversight for escalated requests across all our critical and advanced lines of business, challenging yourself and your team to solve the most complicated and interesting problems our users face
Liaise with the leadership team members as we resolve business-critical issues and make difficult decisions that impact our local operations
Assist in projects that aim to improve the quality of support we provide all users of Uber, as part of Community Operations
Lead internal operational work streams, including analytics and reporting, quality assurance, training and development, and administration
