The Grocery & Retail Direct team works with non-restaurant merchants (like groceries, convenience stores, etc) to help them with live order concerns, refunds, and payment issues.Your Impact in Role:Provide proactive support to merchants regarding live order concerns, escalated cases, and ad hoc issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.Drive process improvements by raising logic C360s, building or refining processes, and contributing to long-term support strategies locally and globally.Use data and insights to identify and prevent fraud and compliance risks, while supporting defect reduction and tool enhancement initiatives.Collaborate effectively with team leaders, members, and stakeholders to address concerns and improve operations across business lines.The Experience You'll Bring:
