Job Description
Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly Choose the right tools, machines, and materials for each job.
Register and safe keep CNC program files in compliance to set procedures Test programs and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
Validate cnc programs and provide report after successful trial test Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs Follow safety protocols through adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Experience in machine shop serving similar industry for Aerospace and Defense is a great advantage
