Job Description
To make program, set and operate CNC Machine tools for each component.
Maintain complete record for programs of each component.
Correctly book all working hours on/off the time booking system.
Manufacture components accurately to relevant Engineering drawings and specifications.
Daily preventive maintenance of machine as per the prescribed instructions. Ensure the care of all machinery, tooling and equipment used.
Keep machine area and work area clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Extensive Ability and knowledge of operating CNC milling/lathe and various hand tools such as grinders, etc.
General understanding and skills of CNC machines components
Must be able to use and read Micrometers and various other measuring equipment
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
