Job Description
• Experience operating CNC mills and lathes
• Understand feeds, speeds, depth of cuts, and correct cutting tips to ensure efficient machining
• Competent with different work holding techniques
• Carry out drawing and design using Fusion 360, Generate G-code for CNC machines using Fusion 360
• The work is varied, and you must be able to follow instructions and work independently, but also be part of a team.
• Provide high level of work, work collaboratively with all Factory and Office staff.
• Safe operation of gantry cranes, forklift
• Maintain clean and safe work environment at all times
• Maintain machines, ensure machines are appropriately serviced and manage stock of machine consumables
• Operation of CNC machines for precision manufacturing (including programming & machine setting up)
• Train other manufacturing staff on CNC Machine operation
• Best in designing & drafting.
• Perform other duties as allotted by Workshop Manager
• Responsible for own Health and Safety in the workplace and that of fellow Employees
• Managing time and performance
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Can confidently speak and understand the English language.
