Job Description
Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision parts, focusing on nesting
Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create efficient machining strategies.
Maintain accuracy in programming for quality and adherence to specifications.
Setup and Machine Operation Support, and create detailed setup sheets and documentation to guide machine operators.
Estimate programming times, machine times, and materials needed to complete projects efficiently.
Serve as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical requirements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and systems.
5-10+ years of CNC Programming
Diligent, self-motivated and with good attention to detail.
