Job Description
Overall responsibility for developing and executing the branding market strategy for Globe's business, working collaboratively across the enterprise. Develop and lead a team of highly motivated marketing professionals in strategic B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) marketing, creative services, branding, advertising, and marketing operations. Generate a deep understanding of the customer needs market segmentation and customer lifetime value.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
Evaluates the total Consumer Mobile business and leads in developing the overall strategy
Co-leads and integrates the 1 to 3 year strategy formulation of Consumer Mobile to sustain revenue growth and relevance
Leads insights-generation and global trends spotting that affects or influences the different business across Consumer Mobile
GOVERNANCE & INTEGRATION
Determines Budget recommendation and oversees execution of the brand strategies that are needed to drive the business based on approved plans
Oversees and Manages all business performance dashboards of the Consumer Mobile Business
Recommends and monitors overall A&P allocation
Oversees, resolves, manages and recommends the A&P spending to ensure resources are well allocated and efficiently spent on projects that will deliver the most revenue and/or will build the business future (strategic business projects/programs)
