CLUB SERENA OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
 
General Resort Operations
Manage the operations of the front office and other sections to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality are accorded to the Resort customers.
Ensure that the Resort employees respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up and monitor employees performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with section heads when necessary to ensure optimal functioning of the Resort and providing the needed manpower requirements during peak seasons.
Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support employees, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand and standards of the Resort.
Work with the Resort Manager in taking full responsibility during emergency situations.
Assist the Resort Manager monitoring labor expenses through efficient scheduling and employee productivity.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships in the Resort, support team to reach common goals, and listen and attend to the concerns of employees.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards of the Resort operations; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
Rooms and Guest Services
Walk through the resort to ensure all areas including rooms and public areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards
Monitor guest preferences and special requests for guests to deliver a personalized service
Monitor room rates are in par with the nearby hotels and competitors
Food and Beverage Operations
Support team in restaurant and kitchen operations, from set ups to monitoring the inventory of the department.
Ensure cleanliness and maintain high quality standard for a safe and secured experience for our guests.
