The main responsibility is maintaining applications and technical environment including but not limited to troubleshooting application and technical issues, making configuration changes, proactive system monitoring, and managing critical technical bridge calls. Monitoring Application/System health status Provide operation support to a wide variety of client organizations and external groups and perform the necessary support required to resolve issues Provide 24x7x365 coverage Create automation opportunities related to alert monitoring Sharing knowledge with team members Performs other duties as assigned What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in an organization with a high availability 24x7, mission critical operations environment Strong system administration skills (Windows and Linux) Amazon Web Services experience required Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc) Willingness to work permanently on night shifts What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of technology including but not limited to Websphere, Active Directory, databases and operating systems Certified on AWS (Associate or Professional) Familiarity with container systems (e.g. Docker, ECS) Familiarity with system monitoring tools (e.g. SumoLogic, Splunk) Strong communication skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other departments and from all levels of the organization Experience in managing ERP systems
