CLOUD SOLUTIONS HELP DESK ANALYST (AWS) | CLOUD SUPPORT ENGINEER (AWS)
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supports the IT service desk by routing/assigning ticket requests
Works and collaborates with a group of AWS SysOps Engineers
Will be part of a 24/7 environment but this role is meant to work on European business hours
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills
At least 5 years of technical support background
Understanding of cloud engineering (AWS services) highly preferred
Amenable to work in the afternoon shift, approx. 2 pm-11 pm Cebu time
