Job Description
The Cloud Enablement and Process Engineering Team is within the ECE Pillar of CESO. CEPE Team Members helps CESO
partners, developers, and users become highly efficient by taking an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key
business challenges, as well as working with experts to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve
operational and innovation outcomes for more efficient product support and faster TAT for services required.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Focus on development, design, optimisation, debottlenecking, proper execution and control of CESO integrated processes.
. Designing integrated workflows and working with the larger organization for cross-group process strategies to improve business performance.
. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases across multiple teams.
. Consult on and Review individual team processes against trends and demands to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
. Continuous Process Improvement:
Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows.
Optimize productivity by designing, implementing and testing new processes and procedures.
Assemble reports to document process status changes and acceptance thereof.
Analyze actual process usage to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrade effectiveness.
Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
Utilizes process simulation to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
Conduct risk assessments specific to processes Assess compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
. Work with Functional Leads to refine and coordinate execution of a knowledge management roadmap for customers and team members.
. Improve self-service through intuitive instruction, interactive features, video, and e-learning training Research: Conduct research to gather information on the product, technology, or service being documented.
Planning and organizing: Plan the structure and content of the documentation, including creating an outline and organizing information in a logical manner.
Writing and editing: Write clear and concise documentation using language that is easy for users to understand. Edit and revise documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Collaborating with technical experts: Work with developers, engineers, and other technical experts to gather information and verify accuracy.
Designing visual aids: Create visual aids, such as diagrams and illustrations, to help explain technical concepts and procedures.
Reviewing and testing: Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and usability. Test the documentation
with end-users to ensure that it meets their needs and is user-friendly.
Updating documentation: Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in the product, technology, or
service.
Qualifications
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Process analysis and design
- Minimum 1 year of experience with developing process flows and delivering results
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Process improvement principles and tools (selection, application and training)
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT or Cloud, or Infrastructure role preferred.
- Professional Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt good to have but not required
- ITIL and ITSM Certifications good to have but not required
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill. - Good understanding of PC and Mac computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Agile Framework/Methodology/WoW
- Skill for business process simulation and optimization
- Ability to establish and govern business process towards excellence in performance
- Ability to make agile decisions and also establish rules towards proper business and project management
- Ability to drive others to decisions and indirectly manage and lead project and process teams
