MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Cloud Phone Specialist!
General Description: Cloud Phone Specialist is mainly in-charge of Initial Phone system Implementation.
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Manage internal and client phone systems.
Phone tree build up and implementation.
Phone troubleshooting and app installation.
Integration of Phone system to IMS software.
Project management on Initial Phone system Implementation.
Requirements:
At least college level
If not an IT course should have at least 1yr Telco Support experience
If IT grad or 2nd year in any IT related course, should have at least 6 months BPO experience- Telco / Technical Account
Above Average Communication Skills
Should have basic knowledge in networking
Should have basic knowledge in any Control Panel type environment
Should have an experience with telco supports
Should have basic computer troubleshooting skills
Project Management Experience is a plus
Above Average Excel Skills (For Analytics) is a plus
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 20,000 - 23,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
