CLINICAL TEAM LEAD
 
Position Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written communication in English and Cebuano. (Fluency in written and oral Tagalog preferred, but not required).
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited University required, Master’s in Social work or Psychology preferred.  
Licensed by Philippines Regulation Commission (PRC)
At least two years relevant experience in handling children and/ or teenagers (preferably with victims of sexual abuse or exploitation)
At least 2 years relevant experience in managing and supervising a team of case managers and family workers
At least 2 years relevant experience in case management and managing residential program
Experience in program assessment, project development and budget planning
Experience working in residential setting is required.
Ability to effectively apply social work theories, conducts therapeutic interventions, and collaborates with a team in order to apply interventions.

Job Description and Responsibilities
 
Leadership Responsibilities 
Monitor, supervise, manage and provide support to the Clinical Team members which is composed of Social Workers, Family and Community Development Workers and part-time therapist/ counselor.
Collaborate with the organization's Management Team and other Team Leaders for organizational development and decision- making.
Provide oversight, manage and ensure effective and efficient full implementation of the clinical program, activities and documentations.
Facilitate regular program assessment and budget planning of the Clinical Team
Communicate and collaborate with MRH staff team (social worker, counselor, community worker, teachers, house parents, therapist, etc.) and other personnel to provide appropriate personalized interventions.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with external social welfare agency partners, mentors and other community partners.
Create an environment of love, acceptance, care, support, encouragement and guidance.
Collaborate with iSpeak advocacy team in providing trainings, seminars and other advocacy activities.
Case Management Responsibilities 
Manage the Senior High School program of My Refuge House.
Manage the youth leadership and development activities through the Peer Leadership Program of My Refuge House.
Provide oversight of the Mentorship Program in collaboration with the Residential Social Worker
Work with DSWD and partner organizations to provide the best care while the clients are in our care, as well as providing the most appropriate long-term placements for our clients.
Maintain consistent and proper written report on the participant's case management updates and plans.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information such as participant's personal information, medical data and MRH location.
Coordinate with MRH counselor and Residential Social Worker to effectively address clients' needs and challenges.
Maintain organized, updated and detailed records of all relevant documents and files, especially client case files.
Reporting
Clinical Team Lead shall report directly to the Director of Program Operations of My Refuge House.
