Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN is an advantage)
• Experience in clinical, case management, or healthcare BPO is preferred
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and accurate clinical documentation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a corporate/BPO environment during US shift hours
• Cebu-based applicants only
