Aycardo Veterinary Center Inc. (AVCI) is an evidence-based practice established in 2007. AVCI currently has 2 diagnostic clinics catering the southern part of Cebu.
CLINIC VETERINARIAN
Responsibilities:
Performs immunizations, dewormings, surgery, disease diagnosis & treatment on pet animals.
Performs consultations in behalf of AVCI.
Performs night shifts & field works.
Perform supervisory & administrative works.
To be trained to perform other duties related to the practice (e.g. routine lab procedures, ultrsound, ECG, serology).
Requirements:
Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
Male/Female. Civil status not important. But if married, we prefer applicants whose family resides in Cebu.
Experience not necessary. Willing to be trained.
Team player. Can perform under pressure. Pet lover.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City or Talisay City.
Medical clearance from COVID-19 disease.

AVCI does not provide boarding to staff.
AVCI strictly follows the labor code of the Philippines.
All AVCI employees are entitled to regular & special holiday pays, overtime pays & 13th month pays. The same are subject to PhilHealth, SSS, HDMF & withholding tax deductions.
Regular AVCI employees are entitled to annual vacation & sick leave credits.
Normal working schedule at AVCI are Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-12pm & 1pm-6pm.
Salary:
The applicant undergoes a 6-month probationary period before becoming a regular employee.
The initial salary of a regular clinic veterinarian is P22,000 per month.
Monthly salary does not yet include additional pays coming from overtime shifts, night shifts, and regular & special holiday pays.
Veterinarians who qualify to manage branch expansions will receive higher pays coming from commissions of their designated clinic (usually >P40,000).
A regular employee is subject to an annual increase of 10% based on an evaluated performance and approval from theboard. The calculation will be based on the initial salary as base pay.
