Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working Experience in being a company nurse would be an advantage
-Must be a Registered Nurse.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Training and Experience in Occupational Safety and Health would be an advantage
-Strong analytical and planning skills;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
Job Description:
• Responsible for patients vaccine administration (Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Typhoid Fever, Cholera, Pneumococcal, Flu and etc.) and patients skin test (Mantoux test, etc)
• Responsible for checking the health screening form if completely filled up and signed by patients.
• Responsible for vaccine scanning and uploading vaccine card to MMIS of Manila Head office and branches. Maintains accurate, complete and legible records.
• Responsible for preparing vaccine daily sales summary report to be given to Pharmacist at the end of the day.
• Responsible for monitoring the vaccine inventory and the vaccine expiration date.
• Handles selling of medicines when Pharmacist is not around. Can handle payments during Pharmacist's meal breaks. Payments when Pharmacist is on leave should be handled by a MAGCOOP cashier.
• Preparing urgent Purchase Requisition (PR) for Vaccines when Pharmacist is not around. PR must be approved by the Medical Director or Operations Manager.
• Dispense medication order/presciption to patients when Pharmacist is not around. Contact the Pharmacist for if there is something to be clarified.
• Maintains nurse-patient confidentiality and follows the applicable requirements of Magcoop's data PRIVACY POLICY."
• Maintain safe and professional environment for patients and employees.
• Participates in training/retraining and continuing education programs as necessary
• Complies to Cold Chain Management following FDA regulations"
