Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for assisting patients upon arrival
• Responsible for conducting medical history and physical reports and prepares patients for diagnostic procedures.
• Responsible for vital signs and charting records, filling and encoding.
• Assisting physicians with minor surgeries and other medical procedures.
• Responsible for cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment after procedures.
• Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Gives proper endorsement to the incoming shift.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
• Must be a Nursing Graduate
• Registered Nurse is an advantage but not required
• With at least 1 year relevant experience in Clinic settings
• Knowledge of basic clinic equipment operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
