1. Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to care rendered and apply sound nursing judgement in patient care management decision.
2. Provide nursing and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
3. Dispenses over-the-counter medicine and prescription medication as ordered.
4. Document nursing care management and/or treatment rendered to patient/client/s
5.Coordinates PEME and APE.
6.Process and Compiles Medical Results.
7.Prepare medical incident reports.
8.Medicine Inventory.
9.Prepares Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Medical Record
a. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
b. Registered Nurse
c. Basic Life Support Training
d.Preferably with at least one (1) yr. experience in the same function or a previous occupational health nurse.
