Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Recording treatment information in patient records.
• Assisting the dentist in managing dental procedures.
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Responsible for approval of dental procedures to HMO provider.
• Responsible for conducting medical history and physical reports and prepares patients for diagnostic procedures.
• Responsible for vital signs and charting records, filling, and encoding.
• Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Gives proper endorsement to the incoming shift.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
• Must be a Nursing Graduate
• With at least 1 year relevant experience in Dental
• Knowledge of dental equipment operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
