Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out the medical services for Pre-Employment Examination (PEE), Annual Physical Examination (APE) and consultations.
Assists patients in acquiring doctor's request/prescription.
Directs and instructs patients on procedures for PEE, APE and consultations.
Prepares consultation rooms, equipment and instruments used for examinations including sterilizing instruments.
Recommends purchase of necessary clinic supplies and materials to maintain minimum stock levels for review of Clinic Manager.
Assists and prepares patients for examinations.
Assists doctors in minor operations and other medical procedures.
Coordinates and schedules patients for surgery including giving out proper instructions prior to any procedure.
Maintains and reviews, for completeness, patient records charts and other pertinent documents.
Maintains orderliness in the nurses' station, ECG room, Treatment room, TMST room and Consultations rooms.
Encodes charge slip details of all clinic transactions.
Prepares clinic transaction reports (e.g. Daily Transaction and Census Report, Statement of Account) and submits the same to the Administrative Manager-Clinica Caritas.
