QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course .
Computer Literacy ( MS Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint and word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Values oriented and committed to work
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
Able to multi task and is flexible
Must be customer service oriented
Strong Leadership skills
Knowledge of a second language is an asset
Trustworthy, Hardworking, can work under pressure and with limited supervision.
Preferably 2 years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting and 2 years of proven success in leadership roles is required

PREFERABLY CAN START ASAP!*
Responsible for:
Examine and resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients and physicians.
Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goal
Improve staff - patient interactions through patient satisfaction tools.
Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
Establish and administer clinic specific policies and oversee system standard work.
Plan and manage the clinic's budget
Perform quarterly and and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
