The Medical City Clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager for SM Masinag. This role oversees the day-to-day management of a clinic ensuring profitability and efficiency.
 
Responsibilities
Plans, executes, and monitors financial and business targets according to approved budget
Develops and monitors customer service standards including processes and systems
Creates proactive plans to continuously enhance the level of customer service and satisfaction
Aligns the business on the latest regulatory requirements and national/local public health protocols
Monitor, improve and document systems and processes to improve organizational effectiveness and to enhance the quality of patient care
Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of any health allied course, with valid PRC license
Preferably at least five (5) years work experience in supervisory/managerial level.
Desirably at least one (1) year industrial related work experience as Manager.
