JOB DESCRIPTION
BUNCH is a service company working for the international high-growth tech startup companies that will become the unicorns of the next 5-10 years. Our current clients are based in the US, Western Europe, and China. The founding team comes straight from the tech startups space, enabling BUNCH to detect untapped needs of industries like AI, e-Commerce, SaaS, Fintech, Adtech, and others. We grew from 0 to 160 FTEs in 4 years and are planning to reach 400+ headcounts by the end of 2022.
We utilize lean, agile, counter-bureaucratic processes to build an organization with minimal hierarchy and high specialization. Our two company pillars are (i) Deliver high flexible, superior value services for high growth tech companies and (ii) Create the most attractive workplace to attract the best talent by offering solid and fast career growth. Job Overview:
Execute client retention strategy and tactics, including:
Onboarding, Account Planning, & Journey Mapping
Business Reviews
Health Score Tracking i.e. Service Usage & Adoption, Risk & Churn Analysis
Up-selling and cross-selling
Partner with internal stakeholders in conceptualizing and implementing delivery solutions to satisfy client requirements
Build client portal and other digital products from the ground up
Manage one or two key strategic campaigns from a Service Delivery perspective
Collaborate with Service Delivery to iterate KPIs, SLAs, and processes to ensure alignment with broader client goals

JOB QUALIFICATION
5+ years experience in client delivery in Consulting, BPO or related industries
Strong customer POV and lateral leadership competencies
Superior business acumen and analytical skills
Design thinking - ability to continuously break and design processes
Hands-on mentality, readiness to start big things small
