Description
The Client Success Associate responsibilities include developing strong relationships with the client and team members, answering client queries and identifies new business opportunities with the existing client.
Tasks may involve project management, workflow management, and strategic planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with the client and team members
• Develops new opportunities with an existing client and/or identify areas of improvement to meet KPIs
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Ensures all client metrics are meeting
• Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Coordinates with team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Collaborates with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
• Assists with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Keeps records of client transactions and provides recommendations /solutions on issues affecting the operations in coordination with the Client Success Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 5 years of working experience in the BPO industry
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or other relevant experience
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence different Point of Contact
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• With experience handling multiple different Line of Businesses
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving Skills
